Abstract submission will open on the 3rd December 2025 and will close on the 27 February 2026.
Posters need to be A0 portrait. Oral talks are 12 minutes + 3 minutes questions. Keynotes are 25 minutes + 5 minute questions.
Abstracts should be no more than 250 words/single A4 side and should include a title, affiliations and max 5 references. Only main body text is included in the word count and main body text should be size 12 font in Arial. Please indicate whether you would like a poster or oral presentation at the top of your abstract.
Remote abstracts are welcome for oral presentations.
